The project

The energy performance certificate ordered online in 5 minutes

Apefacile makes it possible to order the APE online, the energy performance certificate required to sell or rent a property, with a network of certified technicians across Italy.

The goal was to let customers complete the order in just a few minutes: the customer fills in the form, Apefacile takes care of the rest.

The challenge

Turning a technical procedure into a simple purchase: a clear price that changes based on reason, surface area, province and urgency, and the trust of people who don't know the technician.

The solution

A WordPress site with price calculation on the first screen, a guided request in just a few steps, Trustpilot reviews and partners from the real estate sector.

The site, on every screen
